Altunizade Office

Altunizade office building is designed to be identical mirror office blocks combined with a shared core. The main design goal was to unify these two blocks into one continuous facade work. 

The building is located at the corner of a building block in Altunizade with four-storey buildings. By leaving the corner empty instead of suddenly filling it with mass, a small square and a spacious entrance as an extension of the sidewalk was created, away from parked cars, with a light source to support the use of ground and basement floors. Care was taken to ensure that this spaciousness, supported by gardens at different levels, continues on the main staircase and in the entrance halls on each floor.
